Summary Mangafox writes: Ichigo Kurosaki has always been able to see ghosts, but this ability doesn't change his life nearly as much as his close encounter with Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper and member of the mysterious Soul Society. While fighting a Hollow, an evil spirit that preys on humans who display abnormal spirit pressure and on the dead, Rukia attempts to lend Ichigo some of her powers so that he can save his family; but much to her surprise, Ichigo absorbs every last drop of her energy. Vash's Bleach review:Bleach is a blockbuster hit since it released in 2001 I had only recently got into the series cause of my Admin partner syn told me to read it. I have to say personally I liked it . Fighting done right. Bleach has great fight scenes even from the get go against the hollows fights where stunning. Ichigo however though he is a rather cool character who can take one hell off a beating.. I find to get too much power without earning it much.He is quite a lot like Goku from Dragonball z. (man I reference that allot) At the point when Ichigo goes to soul society and rescues Rukia( the pinnacle of the anime and manga for me) the story tended to pull a naruto and drop down dead completely. The fights are still great if not better after then but the story just seems so "Heres a guy chop him down" to me. But then again this review is simply my personal opinion. No one does Shonen art quite like Kubo. To me he is what a Manga artist in that genre should strive for. His shading is superb! What this guy can make you feel with a simply crosshatching is just mind blowing . His style is well brought to Anime as well I would have to say. |

| ulquiorra: Though he didn't come in until late I have to admit my main favorite character spot goes out to him. Emotionless , not human and kicks allot of ass. What more can be said about this non-nonchalant character. He seems to be aizens right hand man even though ulquiorra is only rated amongst the espada as number four in strength. He destroyed Ichigo in there first round and as of my time of witting this review there rematch is happening.  |
KON: KON starts out as a piece of candy. Originally this candy is suppose to make a perfect double of Ichigo so when he goes off on a hollow hunt he wont be forgotten. However KON wasn't what they were hopping for. He was actually a manufactured soul that escaped soul society . He is a bit perverted toward women which adds for quite a bit of comic relief. They attach his soul to a plushie later and he uses that to walk around until he is needed.  |
