Vash's Full metal alchemist review:One of my favorite series. I will not Lie that I without a doubt love the manga more then the anime. which is good cause this is a manga review not an anime review. However I hear there remaking Fma into a anime series that actually follows the manga's plot instead of venturing off into there own crap 1/4 the way through the series. Okay now. I got to say when is tarted the manga I went in a bit biased at first. Because my sister said it was great and I dislike things sometimes just to be contrary However though It started out slow and the manga chapters are so long it makes you feel like a slow reader It actually picked up nicely. Unlike most shonen mangas the plot didn't deteriorate to nothing mid way in.(like the anime ). The plot stays strong as the brothers set off on there quest. I like however though there the main characters there not always the center of attention . I rather like the chapters almost solely based to mustang and his crew. The way there plots intertwine is genius to me and I gotta say the story line is flawless. the amount of hard work and actual thought that was put in here shows. The art is lovely as well. Not as sloppily drawn as some shonen mangas out there but still keeps it's shonen feel. I will say the backgrounds sometimes are a bit over detailed but then again that could be because you often go pages without one . especially in a scene where there just standing around talking. The Fma series has gathered quite a following . though mostly for the fail anime series. I will say that It is a lovely manga and if you haven't read it .. well you should go right now to mangafox and read it. |

| Kimbley: Yeah i know I have two bad guys (one could argue for greed). But honestly I had a hard time coming up with two favorites , there are just too many that I love to death in this series. Okay so kimbley in the manga was a war veteran of the ishval war. I love him cause he is like a gentleman but he is also an insane homicidal maniac. One minute he is expressing his views on the world in a elegant fashion...and the next he blew you up. Anyways he was sent to jail for killing a bunch of superior officers in the war and he ended up eating the philosophers stone he was suppose to give back. he however can belch it up when he wants. He is released from Jail in the future with orders to kill scar.   |
greed: Greed is a fav for me in the manga cause though his part at the starting was short he proved to be a twist to the huoculis obey there father routine. When he eventually caught by his brothers and sisters they melt him and his energy is giving back to father. However recently he was sort of revives and lives inside of Lin a character not introduced in the anime.  |
