The Story:
-related to STORYLINE rating pt1http://niko-niko.net/hanakimi/ Wikipedia.org http://www.wild-vanilla.com/ The story is INTENTIONALLY Yaoi slash for the purpose of entertainment. But it doesnt sway on the main story. The story flow through out the series is giving me immediate thrills of reading it further. The plot was nicely done except the ending of the series. Its understandable that in real life can be an abrupt end but.. (if there are sceptics out there) I am fairly dissapointed on the ending. It was good ending but not good enough to me. It is rather expected to have this manga a FANFIC version of it (before the live drama). But! the live drama changes the whole hana kimi lovers forever... The art: -related to ART rating The art from the beginning is not stable until around at the middle of her series where in the art is at its best. but the end of the series, it appears that author is either she has issues of her own or she was very very lazy on sketching her manga. I can tell because of the sadness of Mizuki when she was discovered by the school that she was a female. It was rather dramatic as well as if she has to make an abrupt ending (where made the fans dissapointed on that matter). The readers/viewers: -related to STORYLINE rating pt2 Its good to read for ANY readers! (well before some epic plot twist story year). In case you DID read the best shoujo story ever to your opinion, then I think this story is rather average to read. To people who likes action, you'll just find it boring =/. Im converted Shounen reader and writer (turning yaoi slash reader, not writer yet) from Shoujo reader and writer. Its hard to find a nice shoujo story if you have just read something that is not purely real life and love. Since I still remember this story plot in my head, it must be something good that the author made this story quite memorable to any readers. Mind you, its just my opinion. Don't downgrade yourself just because alot of manga readers/reviewers have turned shounen readers. So don't give up hope! There is ALWAYS a good shoujo story to read. The live drama: -related to STORYLINE rating pt3 It only occured to me when I surf on popular forum threads. Its that water spitting guy that looks like Nakatsu while he was talking to a guy that looks like a girl in youtube media. And I said HEY! isnt that Nakatsu?! Hell yeah, Nakatsu was central point of this japanese live drama's popularity. Sano was supposed to look way more handsome than Nakatsu. it was a huge dissapointment to Hana Kimi lovers at that point. But in contrast to other version of Live drama (Taiwanese), Sano was better looking but Mizuki isnt. Well, we wont blame them because of the looks. Both of these live dramas are great to watch. But except of the year it was aired and current story flow setup, it made the later on aired Japanese version far better to watch than Taiwanese version (its rather slow). -Related to OTAKUNESS rating As far as I know of it's merchandise, there have this such thing as drama cd. Its quite popular in Japan. Since I have not fully mastered of listening and talking in Japanese then I am not appreciating their product. I know that its quite limited otakuness around this part. But hey! wouldnt that make you want to know more about Japanese? Think about it! =3 Its really something good for us, n00bs of japanese world to know about them? |
