Summary Wiki writes: A shonen comedy that takes place in the Kanagawa Prefecture, and centers on Keitaro Urashima, in his attempts to fulfill a childhood promise that he made with a girl to enter Tokyo University together. However, he has forgotten the name of the girl and hopes to be accepted into Tokyo university in order to find her. Although he has already failed the entrance exam twice, He becomes manager of the family owned Hinata House (or Hinata Apartments) which is now an all girls dorm, and must balance his new responsibilities with his attempts to pass the university entrance exam and find the girl he made the promise with. |
Syn's Love hina review:Now the artwork is good not as "clean" as Negima but that's not really a problem during the run of the manga, a library of set backgrounds, called "banked images", were used to make production easier. Parts of Hinata Inn and other locations used were inspired by real life locations. And the female character designs are both cute and sexy fitting for Keitaro's dorky personality . ((Note From Vash)) Because there was no mention of story line in there I shall put my thoughts . For an ecchi it was okay. But as with most ecchi mangas there is no real point to anything that happens. However 8 Is probably fitting considering it's Genre which doesn't exactly make a big obstacle to over come in terms of story. |

Motoko Aoyama: She tall, very serious, (which makes for good laughs) and into kendo Motoko has difficulty dealing with other people, especially males she finds men to be a distraction that keep her from being able to concentrate fully on her studies and kendo practice. Her relationship with Keitaro revolves around him being on the end of many attacks due to many mishaps. She eventually mellows out and develops feelings for him Motoko has only two serious fears in the world: Tsuruko, (her older sister) and for some unknown reason, turtles (even though Tsuruko correlates it to her intense dislike for men) ![]() |
