Summary Mangafox writes: Naruto closely follows the life of a boy who is feared and detested by the villagers of the hidden leaf village of Konoha. The distrust of the boy has little to do with the boy himself, but it’s what’s inside him that causes anxiety. Long before Naruto came to be, a Kyuubi (demon fox) with great fury and power waged war taking many lives. The battle ensued for a long time until a man known as the Fourth Hokage, Yondaime, the strongest ninja in Konoha, fiercely fought the Kyuubi. The fight was soon won by Yondaime as he sealed the evil demon in a human body. Thus the boy, Naruto, was born. As Naruto grows he decides to become the strongest ninja in Konoha in an effort to show everyone that he is not as they perceive him to be, but is a human being worthy of love and admiration. But the road to becoming Hokage, the title for the strongest ninja in Konoha, is a long and arduous one. It is a path filled with betrayal, pain, and loss; but with hard work, Naruto may achieve Hokage. |
vash's naruto review:Okay . So Naruto is only the biggest series out in the anime/manga world right? Well it is the biggest thing to otakus since dragon ball z. But with popularity comes great dispute weather or not the series lives up to the hype. Reading up with the Japanese's manga I can say that the manga has faded in story line a bit over time. However I can't say that it is trash. Naruto still delivers in most departments. I still am hooked on reading it every week from weekly shonen jump and am still an otaku of certain characters. The story mainly begins to fall apart I'll have to say when sauske ends up leaving. I mean the manga is still a fine read but it changes a bit after that but then again it is a new era in narutos story so perhaps that it is intended. The best part of naruto would have to be the very colorful cast of characters . Trust me there are allot.Of course that comes with a down side as not allot of characters get great development and there backgrounds usually are revealed in one or two long character origin flash backs. But other then that there is a character for everyone. Okay now to set something straight. This is a purely average manga . It is a long ongoing manga and yeah it will have it's bugs in story line but it still delivers enjoyment. NO it is not the worst and narutards aren't terrible for liking it critics. And NO it didn't come out of heaven on a silver platter either Super narutard fans. |

Favorite character of the series: |
|
| Kabuto: Not allot is known about kabuto throughout the series and he doesn't really get allot of development and show time but when it comes to him in a fight he is a show stopper. He is devious underhanded perfect person for the man he works for. Kabuto is My Favourite for allot of reasons . His fighting style his mystery and the fact he outlived the person he was the right hand man of. Then he integrated him into his own body. ![]() |
Gaara: Gaara is the the person for whom was introduced simply as a personal antagonist to naruto himself. They were raised hated and both carry spirits of demons in them. Though I like him more then naruto cause he is not annoying even after going through more then naruto. He actually killed his mother at birth, was raised alone and isolated until he was six in which his uncle started a chain of assassins to try and kill him randomly. though his uncle was the first to try and fail many others were sent to kill gaara. Later he becomes the Kazekage ironically the first time you see him as kazekage it is the first time he looses a fight. Gaara is a bad ass character who can definitely pack a punch using sand is cool and use full and even though he is a character with a good bad flop (which I hate) He still comes out as a character I love to see make an appearance. ![]() |
